Did you know that almost every Discovery Script API Help page has an example script that demonstrates how to use that API? All you need to do is copy the example script text from the Help page and in the Discovery Studio Client go to File > New > Script Window and paste the text into the Script Window. Then right-click over the Script Window and hit Run from the Context menu. 

For example, the ApplyTransformationMatrices function has a really cool example script that builds the structure of Adeno-Associated Virus (AAV-2)​​​​​​​
