The attached script can be used to convert docked ligand poses in a receptor into a movie/animation. 

Usage: unzip the attached file and save to a local directory. From the DS Client, open the results of a ligand docking job. Go the Files Explorer (View > Explorers > Files) navigate to the saved Poses2Images.pl file, right click on the file and select 'Open With | Script Window'. To run the script right click over the script window and choose 'Run'. The output png files will be written to the same location where the script was saved.
