[Protocol] to build peptides from sequences

PURPOSE: To quickly build peptide structures given multiple sequences (in fasta format).

This example illustrates how to build peptide structures from sequences. This is not intended for building large protein structures. One should use the Build Homology Models protocol in Discovery Studio to build proteins.

The input is a fasta file with multiple peptide sequences and the output will be a separate dsv file for each structure.

USAGE: This protocol can be launched from both the Discovery Studio and Pipeline Pilot clients. To install in Discovery Studio only, go to the Protocol Explorer, right-click over the folder you want to add the protocol to, choose Import, navigate to the location of the Build Peptides.ppxml file and enter it as the File Name.

REQUIREMENTS: Discovery Studio Embedded Collection.
