The Chart menu in Discovery Studio offers a range of chart types, including line plots, point plots, 3D point plots, histograms, bar charts, heat maps, and hit rate plots. The resulting Chart Window is highly interactive, with selections made in one window reflected in all other views or windows opened with the same data.

One important thing to note, when plotting data from a Molecule Window, the Chart dialog depends on the active tab in the Data Table. For example, if the Conformation tab is in the foreground, the chart dialog will allow you to select from the properties displayed in that tab (as shown below). Whereas if the AminoAcid tab was in the foreground, the Chart dialog would display the data properties associated with amino acids in the system.
