Focusing on the properties of specific atoms in the data table

If you have a molecular system loaded and want to look at the data for just specific atoms e.g. the ligand and binding site, in the data table, you can focus on just the atoms of interest. There are two options for displaying the data for specific atoms, residues or molecules - based on their visibility or selection.

If you want to examine the data only for visible atoms you can use the following steps:
1. Select the atoms, residues or molecules of interest
2. Right-click in the molecule window and choose Show Only so that only those atoms are now displayed.
3. Right-click in the appropriate tab of the data table for the level of detail you are interested in e.g. Atoms and choose List Only Visible Objects. The data table view collapses to show the data for what is visible, while all other data is hidden.
Toggling the visibility of objects in the hierarchy view on and off will automatically update the listing in the data table. If you want to revert to showing all data, right-click in the data table and choose List Only Visible Objects again.

Alternatively you can choose to list the data just for selected atoms. This is done using the following steps:
1. Right-click in the appropriate tab of the data table and choose List Only Selected Objects. No data is displayed as no atoms are currently selected.
2. Select the atoms, residues or molecules of interest in the hierarchy view. The data for only those selected atoms is listed.
The listing in the data table will change as the selection is changed. If you right-click in the data table and choose List Only Selected Objects again this reverts to showing all of the data.
