The VPH conference series offers a platform to present research related to the Virtual Physiological Human and more broadly to Computational Systems Biomedicine, as well as applications in clinical settings, underpinning the move towards predictive personalised medicine.
This edition will be held online (in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic), with a special day on modeling and simulations for COVID-related applications on August 24th, followed by satellite workshops on August 25th, before the conference per se on August 26th - 28th 2020.
To promote interactions between VPH2020 participants and new collaborations between modeling experts, physicians and industry professionals, a matchmaking platform is available during the whole conference. - To know more
Dassault Systèmes will take part in this event and has invited two startups accelerated by the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab. On August 26th (8:30 AM - 10:30 PM) BioSerenity and Digital Orthopaedics will give an overview of how they’re leveraging modeling and simulation to guide pre-surgical plans and monitor high risk patients). The whole program has been revised to accommodate interactive participation from various time zones, and all the oral sessions will also be recorded and accessible in replay mode (for registered participants).
