Mentoring is one of key values to be part of the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab program to serve disruptive projects that positively impact people and society.

Thanks to our HR model, DS employees can spend 10% of their daily work providing support by sharing their knowledge to innovators, entrepreneurs which are accelerated in the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab.

I am an artist and engineer at heart. As an engineer, I love to solve problems.

As an artist, I love coming up with creative solutions to those problems. I believe that there is always a way to bring these solutions to life!
As a child growing up in a frugal family, I often had to make presents to give to friends instead of buying new things from the store. I eventually came to cherish these personal moments though my friends were quicker to appreciate. I found that the experience taught me new creative skills and gained enormous amount of emotional payoff. I continued to feed my passion for art and making as I majored in Mechanical Engineering.

When I discovered that I could practice my passions of artful making in the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab, I did not hesitate to get involved. As a mentor, I have connected colleagues with a wonderful non-profit organization, Magic Wheelchair where we use our products and the lab to design and fabricate epic costumes for children in wheelchair. For when these children don these costumes, they cease to be subjects of pity or indifference and become the true super heroes they are inside. To continue to pursue similar projects through the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab, has been for me, a dream come true.
