Artist-in-residence at the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab - Kate built her first wearable at the age of 13, well before smart watches were a fad, but when we met her, we found her #biohacking the next-gen of #tech #interfaces by growing them on our bodies. What happens next?
The #makermovement is entering new frontiers and growing in places it has never been before - our bodies, hospitals and the natural world. This is where making heals, legacies come alive & humans merge with computers. Inspired by nature, she is now advanced user of X Apps from Solidworks with generative design and pattern development, to design organic forms.
