PKvitality won the 12th edition of the Healthcare Innovation World Cup, among more than 120 competing solutions from around the world. A jury was able to audition the 12 shortlisted projects and gave its verdict live. The criteria used in the evaluation, the level of innovation, the market introduction strategy and the commercial potential, honored PKvitality and its product K'Watch, a minimally invasive continuous glucose monitor.

PKvitality is an advanced bio-wearable company currently working on its innovative Skin Taste® technology. This technology will allow the analysis of key physiological markers by simply “tasting” the skin rather than analyzing blood samples. It will be placed at the back of K’Watch, a smartwatch providing a painless and discrete Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) device. It will enable a precise and continuous monitoring of systemic glucose level anytime and anywhere.
