Introducting the new Dassault Systèmes support tool to manage service request (SR)

Dassault Systèmes would like to introduce you to the new 3DSupport App. The 3DSupport App is the new support tool based on 3DEXPERIENCE platform technology. It provides an improved user experience for submitting and managing requests.

Because you use Dassault Systèmes Support.3ds.com to submit and manage requests, we wanted to share the migration plan from Dassault Systemes Support.3ds.com to the new 3DSupport App.  We also want to encourage you to learn more about the 3DSupport App.

Migration Plan

  • Beginning July 23, 2019, the new 3DSupport App will be available to all customers. You can retrieve all of your open Support.3ds.com service requests, and service requests that you closed in the last 6 months.
  • From July 23 to October 22, 2019, you can manage service requests in either Support.3ds.com or the 3DSupport App, regardless of their submission origin. 
  • On October 22, 2019, you will no longer be able to access Support.3ds.com for support actions (ordering and site contacts management will remain in DSx.Client Care & Order).
