TOKYO (UTC +9):
Local time: 11 AM on Saturday, September 19th to 1 AM on Sunday, September 20th

US-EAST (UTC -4):
Local time: 10 PM on Friday, September 18th to 12 PM on Saturday, September 19th

US-WEST (UTC -7):
Local time: 7 PM on Friday, September 18th to 9 AM on Saturday, September 19th
