Local time: 11 AM on Saturday, July 4th to 1.30 AM on Sunday, July 5th

US-EAST (UTC -4):
Local time: 10 PM on Friday, July 3rd to 12.30 PM on Saturday, July 4th

US-WEST (UTC -7):
