[Customers Platform] Announce 3DEXPERIENCE platform update on February 7th, 2026

Dear 3DEXPERIENCE platform users,

Please be aware that we will be updating the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to R2026x FD01 on February 7th, 2026*.

During this maintenance period there will be downtime on all services

Be sure to save your documents on the platform before the beginning of maintenance.

Update your Desktop Apps and Open Apps to discover new features**

You have two weeks (until February 21st) to perform the update of your Desktop Apps.
Starting on February 22nd, the update will be mandatory at Desktop Apps launch App.

Connect to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to access the latest functionality

We encourage you to connect to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform as soon as the upgrade is completed. This will ensure that you have full access to the latest version of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and can benefit from the upgrade.
