As announced in the previous communication an update operation is ongoing on the Public Cloud 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.

Be sure to save your documents on the platform before the beginning of maintenance.

KOREA (UTC +9): 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 27th to 1:00 AM on Sunday, April 28th

AUSTRALIA (UTC +10): 12:00 PM on Saturday, April 27th to 2:00 AM on Sunday, April 28th

US-EAST (UTC -4): 10:00 PM on Friday, April 26th to 12:00 PM on Saturday, April 27th

Post Update Actions

Update your Native Apps and Open Apps to discover new features**.

You have two weeks to update Native Apps (until May 11th)

This update is mandatory and will be required to launch Native Apps after May 12th.

Connect to the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform to access the latest functionality

We encourage you to connect to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform as soon as the update is completed. This will ensure that you have full access to the latest version of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and can benefit from the update.
