Cloud Health Console improvements | Dec 18th, 2024 release

Dear all,

We are pleased to announce that we have released a new version of the SaaS Health console on Dec 18th, 2024.

This new version contains the following improvements.

Please also find some general explanations about the contextualized console (how it works, what is the value it brings)

New User Interface for history

This new UI is available for both Public and Contextualized view.

The previous "donut view" was not enough intuitive when trying to navigate between different incidents during one day.

Now you just have to click on the day where one or several events occurred (marked with an "i" icon") and navigate in the right panel through the different events.

Before Dec 18th, 2024From Dec 18th, 2024

"Degraded" event history

From now, in the contextualized console, you can also retrieve in history the events that have triggered a "degraded" situation (in addition to the "unavailable" situation until today)

Still starting from a given day where the "i" icon is displayed, you can now switch between "unavailable" and "degraded" events in the right panel.

Please note that the "degraded" situations prior to Dec, 18th are not displayed.

About contextualized console

Since June 15, 2024, the contextualized view of the SaaS Health Console (also called "Your Health console") has been released (as announced in this post)

What is Your Health Console?

Your Health Console is a private view of the console. It allows each customer to have visibility on its platform(s) health

The public health console is still available and does not require any login. It shows events by region, that are impacting all customers of the region. This is why, when an event is impacting only some customers of a region, the public console looks "green" but the contextualized console may show, for each customer, if he is impacted or not by an event.

Our recommendation is then to always access the contextualized view of the console to be sure you get the information that concerns you.

What will Customers & users find in Your Health Console?

  • "Live" status: Displays information about ongoing events
  • "Today" status: Displays information about events that occurred during the current day.
  • "History": Displays information about events that happened during the past 90 days.

Who can access Your Health Console?

All 3DEXPERIENCE platform users can login to Your Health Console with their 3DEXPERIENCE platform credentials.
