The DASSAULT SYSTEMES support experience team has initially planned to replace web application support.3ds.com with the new 3DSupport App for support actions on October 22nd, 2019 (it was announced in a previous communication).
Based on the feedbacks from the community, the support experience team decided to move this date to the beginning of 2020 in order to let you more time to fully adopt and master all 3DSupport App features. This extra time is an opportunity to discover the value of the improved user experience of the 3DSupport App.

The 3DSupport app makes your request creation easier and twice as fast. Your interactions with DASSAULT SYSTEMES Support are simpler because with one click, you send a message to support for the required action according to the request status.
Centralized view for requests
Manage all requests from the single entry point of the SR. You can see SRs and their associated CRITSITs at a glance.
You can Search directly from requests list view and choose from many filters to narrow your selection.
