What started as a concept inside SOLIDWORKS is now a fully 3D printed and assembled physical prototype.

This project went through the complete engineering cycle — from concept development and full mechanical design, to enclosure optimization for electronics integration and design for 3D printing (tolerances, fit, and manufacturability).

I was responsible for the full mechanical design, assembly validation, and print optimization.One of the biggest challenges was balancing aesthetics with structural stability, while ensuring accurate internal mounting for screens, electronics, and wheel support.
