Your Session Has Expired. A new login is required.

Hello I'm a student with WSU Vancouver and I purchased the 1 year solid works student package. Everything went through just fine, I even opened my 3DEXPERIENCE platform and open the SolidWorks connected app to do some homework. But today when I went to return to my work, the message "Your Session has Expired. A new login is required" kept popping up. So far I've tried reopening the platform via the launcher and the email sent to confirm my purchase, yet I still received the same prompt. My troubleshooting lead me to try and log directly into the Solidworks website, but then my email and password didn't work and it wont send me a "forgot Password" email. please help.
