Hello everyone,

Everytime I try to launch xDesign or xShape, this "Connection failed" error pops up and the connecting bar gets stuck. This is the first time I am trying to launch xDesign/xShape. I've tried with Chrome and Firefox both. Can anyone help me to solve this issue? I have an active Collborative Space.
