Thanks to @RP , who helped me with a sample video in the comments to solve the problem I encountered in my Bottle Cap drawing the other day, I learned how we can apply Loft to the bottle cap as we want, and I wanted to show you with a video. As we said, we determined that there is only one point on the circle and we solved this problem by drawing a "line" on the circle to where we wanted it to be.

Note: It may be more useful to make our line a centerline with the "construction" command.
