View Palette Icon is not exist in my 3dexperience catia software

that is the one I have as you can see the View palette icon is not there, I tried to look in the tools but it is not there also.

I have attached a screen from YouTube it shows where the View Palette icon should be in the drawing screen.

If anyone can help, please let me know. Thank you.
