i recently got student version of 3D experience for my team. this included an app called solidworks addin which connects 3d experice account to solidworks. i have tried several times but am unable to get it to work. i am constantly getting this error showed in the picture attached below. i have tried with several different internet connections, restarting my system and logging out and in 3D experience as well. kindly help me out.
