I am unable to search my collaborative space to find my products within 3de. Whenever I search, this comes up. To open my files, I have to go to my collaborative space on the website and open files from there, which is very cumbersome. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
EDIT: Still haven't gotten any support on this issue. My workflow is absolutely ruined. ANY help would be appreciated.
