My 1year 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for Students licence is finishing today. I wanted to purchase this year too. But it seems when I am validating my shopping that I cannot go through all the process. When I click on "Proceed to checkout" it seems I have an error message which is : "Unable to create your order. Please contact the support if this error persists."

I have tested several times from several browsers and it still the same message.

What can I do to finish my checkout ?
