Unable to obtain my license information and reach out to the admin team

Hello all. I have purchased the cloud student version but realised I had a typo in my email address (now corrected in my profile) but this means I didn't receive the email with my purchase information (and I assume license information). There doesn't appear to be a messaging facility open to me to contact the company to request help on this - it tells me I don't have permission to access the "Experience" forum - which the "contact us" link takes me to. Does anyone know how to contact the administrators of this platform for help with this? Best wishes, Andrew
