Unable to access SolidWorks download – account/3DEXPERIENCE access issue

I have a valid SolidWorks student license (CSWP voucher with 1-year access), and I recently activated my student account.

However, I am unable to download SolidWorks Desktop.

When I try to access the download, I am redirected to log into 3DEXPERIENCE. After logging in with the same email, I receive a message saying that I do not have access to the platform, and I am prompted to use a different account.

Because of this, I am stuck in a loop and cannot access the installer. The only available option I see is the cloud version, which is not what I need.

I would like to install the desktop version using my serial number.

Could you please help me link my account correctly or provide access to the correct download?
