Hello,
I am currently unable to access any training lessons on MySolidWorks / 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Problem description:
- Lessons open as a blank page in the lesson viewer
- Sometimes the platform says my browser is unsupported even though I am using the latest Google Chrome
- The training never starts loading
- I can navigate the website normally, but the lesson player does not initialize
What I already tested:
- Chrome, Edge and Incognito mode
- Disabled adblockers and extensions
- Cleared cookies and site data for solidworks domains
- Hardware acceleration enabled
- Different network (mobile hotspot)
- Logged out and back in
Result:
Same behavior on all browsers and networks → therefore this appears to be an platform issue or a bugg rather than a local browser problem.
Could you please help me solve the problem or so i can start learning again?
