Hi Everyone / Dear Community Managers,
I recently purchased the student package for 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer. I am trying to start the 3DEXPERIENCE Mechanical Designer [hands-on] certification exam, but I am getting the error:
"Content is not accessible to you. Kindly contact your admin."
As shown in the attached screenshot, the exam page displays 0 Credits and prevents me from starting, even though the exam should be covered by my student license.
Has anyone faced a similar issue after acquiring the student package? Could an admin or community manager please guide me on how to get the certification vouchers/credits correctly assigned to my profile?
