A dual portable belt conveyor system—combining a truck conveyor and a warehouse conveyor—designed to streamline the flow of bagged goods between distribution trucks and warehouse storage areas.
Considerations / Achievements:
Engineered for mobility, efficiency, and safety, the system allows warehouse and logistics teams to handle loading and unloading with minimal effort. Design considerations included stress, load capacity, user safety, and adaptability to different environments and truck types.
Developed entirely in SolidWorks, using weldments and sheet metal features for the structure. Applied SolidWorks Simulation tools—including structural analysis and motion study—to validate the system’s strength, stability, and mechanical behavior before production.
