Troubleshooting help required

Our group has been using 3DExperience for the last 6 or so months consistently without facing any errors or problems. But today, suddenly, the launcher doesn't want to open. When I open a software suite the pop-up suddenly asks me to install the launcher because it is my "first time" using the software, which clearly isn't the case. I have attached a screenshot of the pop-up for reference. I tried logging out and logging in, restarting my pc, opening on a different PC, etc. All the basic troubleshooting techniques did not work as the outcome was always the same. What can we do about this?
