Respected sir/ma'am ,

I have decided to take part in Aakruti 2021 along with my team , I have registered also for the same. But by-mistake I chose the wrong theme , is it possible to change the theme or can we register again with different email IDs by changing the theme ? , as the last date of registration is 15 July.
