Through this project, we are proposing, developing and implementing a sustainable systems approach that turns solid waste plastic (PSW) into useful chemicals. The nature of the feed material for our process (PSW) make our proposed technology serve a dual purpose of not only taking care of the waste management problem, but also producing cheaper, safer and more easily accessible products for the rural communities. Plastic Pyrolysis is proven to be the best solution for Plastic waste solution available. This compact Design will be easily transportable and installed anywhere just like vending machine.

Future Scope:

Pyrolysis process is not toxic, harmless to the environment, unlike incineration. The scope of the current research is conversion of plastic waste to useful fuel. This project shows some light on the possibility of manufacturing liquid fuels which could be used as feed stock refinery for further modification or commercial use. By using this technology we could solve the waste plastic problem and also reduce the landfills- which are the cause of infertility of Agriculture land. This new method could also be cheaper than current recycling methods. Currently, it Costs upto 3-3.5lakh to recycle one ton of plastic bags - this often leads to burning plastic or disposing of it in landfill to avoid these high expenses. We can introduce this technology in municipal waste management and they can finance this project.
