Subscription Cancellation

I am trying to cancel my subscription for "SOLIDWORKS Cloud Apps for Students", but when I submit an "Online Support Form" I receive a message that says the online service is being upgraded and I will have to submit it again after the 22nd of April. The window for cancelling my subscription ends while I can still receive a refund ends on the 22nd of April, so I am worried that I won't receive my refund. Does anyone have any advice to help me sort this out?
