Student XDesign Subscription Inaccessible

Since November 2025, I've been getting this message that I do not have access to my xDesign account even though the account is still good through July 2026. 

 

I have already done the following: 

  1. checked that I have been assigned the role.
  2. emailed technical support at Solidworks
  3. filled multiple support tickets

It is still not working, and none of my support tickets have been answered. My email to technical support at Solidworks was auto-answered with an email stating that the technical support email account is no longer being monitored, and that I should reach out via a support ticket. 

I need a resolution to this issue. Who else can I contact to get a resolution. It's been months since I've had this issue, even though I paid for a year's subscription.
