Hi I purchased student version of Solidworks.

I have installed java and followed steps to download but when I try to install, the installer comes up that I don't have the correct Java, and also when I check the cloud compatibility it says that I don't have cloud suitable windows computer.

I have tried the install on both a Sony and Windows Surface computer running latest windows 10 but both wont work.

Additionally there appears to be 2 different pages to go to, 

This website doesn't have the app option on the 'play' icon, so i cant even try to download the software here;

This website lets me use the play icon button to get to the 'app,roles' install menu, however wont let me install because I don't have the latest Java software (which has been installed) and also says my computer is not cloud compatible

I purchased this to have Solidworks locally on my computer to save time using remote labs for assessments, I've spent more time trying to get this software installed than it would have taken me to do 10x assessments, and have paid for the privilege .
