Hi There, I am the team lead of Scotland's Railway Challenge taking part in the IMechE Railway Challenge and we receive the SOLIDWORKS Desktop + 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer sponsorship package as a student team. I emailed Support.3DSEdu@3ds.com around a month ago asking to have additional members listed in the standard spreadsheet template (who have all registered for 3D Experience IDs) added to our collaborative space and to have additional seats added to our licences but haven't received a response and members have not had any access updates, hence me trying here. Would anybody be able to assist? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as it is holding back the work of the team, thanks in advance.
