Hello, I bought the 3dexperience engineering package today

After following all the steps for installing 3dx launcher, apps and add-ins, I can not use Catia V5 or Solid Work Add in!

I can also not use Part Design and most other apps !!

The attached error message pops up, do you know what I can change in order for Catia V5 and part design to work ? or who I can contact ? .

3D experience engineering education does grant acces to catia V5 right ?
