I am Manas Kolhe, Captain of Team Kratos Racing. In the last post, I shared the installation issues and solutions for that.
Recently our team updated the platform and faced few issues.
I hope this will help you solve your issues as well.
1) Applications were crashing after launching them:
So this might be the issue with your Graphics Driver. Do a trial-and-error method to solve this issue. Two things worked for us that is: First we updated the Graphics driver to the latest version and that worked for a few of us. Second, if you are using NVIDIA Graphics, then try to install the 452.05 version of the driver.
2) Few apps were not working properly:
This can be an issue with your browser. Clear the cache of the browser or open the application from another browser. You can also try incognito mode.
3) If the applications are still crashing, then the last call will be to reinstall the platform. This also helped few members of our team.
