I am attempting to set up a Solidworks PDM Standard Server for our FIRST Robotics team, and have a SQL server running, but it looks like part of vault creation in the PDM Administration tool requires a connection to a license server. I cannot install the SolidNetwork License Client to create the license server with the serial number I received from for Solidworks Desktop and I don't see an option to request that on any of the edu forms. Am I missing something or is SolidNetwork License Client required for Vault creation? If so how can I get a license for that?
