Hi, my team is using solidworks connector to 3D experience platform and 2 of our members struggle with issue described below:

They have access to our files from platform when they log in by 3dexpacademia on the internet, but they do not have access to them while working in Solidworks. We usually use our bookmark editor in SW ant that's how we get to our files but those 2 members cannot do it.

Any tips how they can resolve this problem?
