Advertises Free CSWA and CSWP certification on purchase at 60€(without tax) 71.4€(After tax). Has anyone used it?

It advertises (€199) worth of certification free. Is it just a marketing or actually provides Certification exam access for free to students upon purchase of software Free Desktop version.

I want to get solidworks for my new PC and also planning to give certification exam for CSWA after 3 months if it provides free certification access for students then It would be a good deal for me.
