Hello everyone,
I re-manufactured the shock absorber model I originally designed in SolidWorks for my RC car project using the Bambu Lab P2S.
The reason for the reprint was the plastic deformation of the previous PETG helix, which had lost its elasticity.
Unlike standard springs with a circular cross-section, I designed this model with a slot profile. This geometry ensures better adhesion to the build plate. I will be publishing a detailed blog post about it soon.
