Hi . I have purchased a student access on 3ds Experience. But I have been unable to access the platform for several months now. The .exe has been correctly installed and for some time I was able to work on my project but now anytime I want to launch the part design or any other app I have this error. I have contacted the support service (SUPPORT.Students@3ds.com, SUPPORT.store@3ds.com) and they instructed me to post my request here. I will definetly appreciate if someone could provide support. Thank you
