I put the below post on the "Legacy Support for Students" page two weeks ago, but it seems here is the right place to put it:

"After installing and running the Student ICEM, my screen becomes like the below picture.

I attached my installation log file as well as ICEM recovery log file,. As a reminder, my student CATIA is also 2020 which works properly.
Would you please investigate and help me resolve this issue.

I also attached my computer's system information, if it helps."
