Hi Team, I enrolled for Always On offer, I got an invitation mail to dashboard and then 3sswym. But my roles aren't updated yet and I don't have access to Xdesign yet. It's been like 10 days.

Am also getting an error like in the screenshot below, am confused what went wrong. Could you please help me with this?​​​​​​​
