Request for Assistance with Delivery of Prize from "Take Climate Action" Contest

Dear all,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a potential issue with the delivery of a prize that I won in the "Take Climate Action" contest. The prize was sent through la poste​​​​​​​  a package delivery service and is expected to be delivered to my address in India.

Based on my previous experience with la poste service, I anticipate that my local post office will require an additional fee for receipt of the package. I was not made aware of any additional charges beforehand, and I believe that such fees should not be required for a prize that I won. I have also inquired about the nature of these additional fees, including any customs charges, but have not received a response.

I would like to bring to your attention a serious issue I am facing with my local post office. They are demanding a fee before they release the parcel, and they are threatening to send the parcel back if I do not comply within two days. This is unacceptable and I hope that this matter can be resolved promptly.

As an active member of the Dassault Systemes community, I have won several prizes in the past two years, all of which were delivered through UPS and without the need for any additional fees or customs charges.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter before it becomes an issue. I would appreciate it if someone from Dassault Systemes or la poste could provide me with more information about the potential additional fees and the reason for their requirement.

I would also like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Dassault Systemes for promoting environmental awareness through the "Take Climate Action" contest. It was a fantastic initiative and I feel honored to have won a prize through it.
