I'm reposting because I've not received any form of help in the last week.
I believe I saw a notification saying something about the license platform is will be restarted or reset on the 26th of April 2 days ago however I could not find any information following/supporting that. Nor have I seen that information since then.
I've completed the forms prior that was suggested to me but still no feedback, no emails, the Support App doesn't work, and I've already dropped \\\$70 dollars on the Engineering Student Addition.
Is there someone that can PLEASE help me?

The issue is that my 3DX License had expire so I went ahead and bought another subscription for the year.
However I can not access the workbenches, my previous files, or do anything with 3DX regardless of subscribing again.
The Issue I've been receiving is quoted below
"Access to this server is not granted to user
Although authenticated, your are not granted access to this server
Please contact your administrator..."
Anyone please can you help me? I do not know what to do and it has been 5 days since I've gotten this issue"
