Refund and Cancellation 3DEXPERIENCE student

I filled the online form out for a refund and cancellation of my purchase on the 22nd of August (https://www.3ds.com/online-store/support-form/). However, no one has replied to me. Could you please help me with that? I bought the 3D student experience which has Simulia but, when I tried to use it, I found out it does not have Abaqus CAE, which is the software I need for my research.
