Hi,

I have 2 problems:

Firstly, our team uses the edu licences from the "Formula Student Electric" website from Dassault Systemes, but many of us can't use "Generative Shape Design", even those who once could use it.

Secondly, some of our members have already made an account last season, but didn't use them last season (they all activated their accounts, but didn't design anything), so when they login on 3DExperience, it says that their account is deactivated and they can't do anything.

I've already contacted the support, but it didn't respond by now.

Is there anything I can do about that? Thanks in advance.
