I took 3Dexperience engineer for student but I do not see catia appear, nor the simulation software in My applications and when I launch the design with catia I am told that it is not installed. moreover 3D experience edu space refuses me access to the certifications under the pretext that I do not have enough tokens even though it is clearly indicated that the certifications are included in the price

Can you explain to me how the tokens work and is it normal that the software does not appear?
